David King has been in the business for more than 25 years. He started his career in the mortgage industry right out of high school, in the secondary market, where he learned the "ins and outs" of selling mortgage-back securities. After spending 13 years in the secondary market, he went to work for the #1 mortgage company in the nation as a mortgage consultant in 2005, where he learned how to originate mortgage loans. David has taken his knowledge of the industry to help first-time home buyers understand the mortgage process from A to Z and help repeat buyers make sound real estate investments. In 2019 he decided to open King of Loans.
